Riu Mambo Hotel
Riu Resorts always present amazing fruit and vegetable carvings on their buffets.
Who would think that you can make such a variety of birds from squashes.
They make gorgeous decoration at your dinner.
Carvings in Dominican Republic were really inspiring.
I was privileged to do some carvings for Riu Mambo.
